Gaia Yoga School’s 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance certified training that emphasizes safe, accessible, and intelligent yoga instruction. You will be learning how to teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in this course.

In-person on Sat & Sun every other weekend & online on Tuesday evenings
This training will end with a 3-night retreat in Idyllwild, CA
